This new functionality is all about celebrating the thrill of competitive gaming in a fair, authentic way. After careful thought and consideration, we’ve decided to accept only high scores earned on machines in Arcade Club locations. This way, we’re keeping the competition clean and cutting out any controversy over emulator saves, MAME scores, or any other shortcuts that don’t quite capture the true arcade experience.
With that in mind, here’s how to get your high score officially logged on Arcade Club Online. Following these three simple steps:
Step 1: Create an Arcade Club Online Account
First, you’ll need an account to join the leaderboard. Don’t worry, it’s super easy to set up—just a few clicks, and you’re ready to compete. This account is your ticket to joining the high score ranks, leaving game reviews, and accessing all the awesome features we have in store.
Step 2: Capture Proof of Your High Score
To make it official, you’ll need to show proof of your high score achieved on-site at Arcade Club. The best option? A short video showing the score on the screen and confirming you’re on one of our machines. If that’s not possible, a clear photo works too, as long as it shows both the machine and your high score on-screen within the Arcade Club setting.
Step 3: Submit Your Score
Find the game you set the score on in our Games Library and head to the high score submission form via the "Submit Score" button, upload your video or photo evidence, and fill in your details. That’s it—your score is on its way to the leaderboard!
