Shock Troopers is a 2D run-and-gun arcade game developed by Saurus and released in 1997 by SNK. The game features both single player and cooperative two-player modes.

Description

Players control one of three soldiers, each with different weapons and abilities, and navigate through various war zones and enemy territory, defeating enemy soldiers and freeing hostages along the way. Players have limited lives, and the game is over once all lives are lost.

How to Play

Shock Troopers uses an 8-way joystick and two buttons for shooting and jumping. Players can also perform special moves and pick up weapons along the way.

The objective of Shock Troopers is to progress through each level, defeating all enemies and freeing hostages, ultimately defeating the final boss and saving the world from a sinister organisation.
