Booking Terms & Availability

Private bookings are available from 11am - 11pm Monday to Wednesdays, 11am - 3pm on Thursday and 11am - 5pm on Friday.

Available games and attractions vary by floor and venue. Our team will confirm the most suitable option for you before you book.

All private bookings come with access to a single bar only, should you require a second bar opening in the event of a large group booking this can be arranged with an additional surcharge.

All food must be ordered 7 days prior to the booking unless the group size is in excess of 100+ people Booking Terms & Conditions.

• All bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance, with either the full amount or 25% non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking via electronic invoice with card payment link, or by visiting us during opening hours and paying by cash or card (please note we are unable to take payments over the telephone).
• Remaining balance if any is to be paid at least 10 days prior to your visit.
• Cancellations: Bookings that have deposits paid may be transferred to another available date and time, but we must be notified at least 10 days before the original booking date.
• If school/college/university booking. Please be aware that we cannot take any bookings without a purchase order or reference number and contact details from your Accounts Department.
• Private hire is not always available during our extended opening times.
