FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

No, but we recommend it to avoid disappointment in the event that we hit full capacity, this is especially true for people wishing to visit on a Saturday afternoon when we tend to be out our busiest.

What happens if I just turn up?

Simply pay your entry fee at our box-office at the front of the venue.

Can I get a monthly pass?

Yes, monthly passes are available via our booking site costing £49 (Bury & Leeds) and £40 (Blackpool). You’ll be issued a code that you can use to reserve a slot for when you want to visit. We also offer discounts for multi-month passes, see website for details.
