Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

We are limiting capacity to facilitate social distancing so booking online is strongly recommended.

What happens if I just turn up?

To speed access and to comply with covid data collection requirements we are asking everybody to book online even if you are visiting us today. This means you can simply show your QR code at the entrance to gain instant admission. If you are unable to book we will be able to help you on arrival if we have capacity available.

Can I stay all day?

Yes, having trialled limited time sessions we have determined that we can successfully provide social distancing whilst allowing you to stay as long as you like.

Can I get a monthly pass?

Yes, monthly passes are available via our booking site costing £40. You’ll be issued a code that you can use to reserve a slot for when you want to visit. We also offer discounts for multi-month passes, see website for details. Our booking system only allows you to reserve a slot for the venue which issued your pass, if you want to visit the other venue please contact us via Facebook or e-mail and we will book you a slot.

I had a valid monthly pass before you closed, what do I do?

Please contact us via Facebook or e-mail with details of your old pass including expiry date and preferred venue and we will reissue it for you.

How much does it cost?

Our prices remain the same, £16 for Adults, £8 for Children aged 5-15 and £40 for a Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 5 are free.

Can I get a gift voucher?

Yes, gift vouchers are available to purchase from our booking page. If you wish to redeem an old voucher please contact us.

Can children attend alone?

No, all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need a ticket for a child under 5?

Yes, due to capacity controls all visitors require a ticket. Free tickets for under 5s can be ordered when booking your tickets.

Do you do spectators tickets?

Currently due to restricted capacities we are unable to offer spectator tickets and all visitors will be required to purchase a ticket.

Are all games available to play?

Most things will be available for your enjoyment, however for everybody’s safety we have decided to remove VR for the time being. We do however have many new games for you to experience spread across all 3 floors of the arcade.

Will food and drink be available?

Yes, although some of our usual items may not be available. All food and drink will be served in disposable containers, and condiments etc. will be in single serving packages.

Will alcohol be served on the premises?

Following the recent Tier 3 announcements, alcohol will now only be served alongside a main meal.

What about toilet facilities?

Our toilet facilities will be open as usual and we have spent time during our closed period to update facilities for your comfort and safety. We also have disabled toilet facilities.

Are you opening additional hours?

We are opening during the day as well as evenings so everyone gets a chance to visit us. This will continue throughout the summer. Check our social feeds for additional opening hours.

Will I be able to leave and return during my session?

Unfortunately you will not be able to return once you’ve left Arcade Club. This allows us to do away with wrist bands. We will however be providing access to a smoking area.

Can I bring bags?

For security and safety reasons we do not allow bags into the arcade. We have limited lockers available but you are better leaving bags and large coats at home or in your car. Small handbags or items needed for medical reasons will be allowed but will be searched. No food or drinks can be brought in.
