FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking online in advance to guarantee entry and to avoid disappointment - especially on Saturdays and during school holidays when we’re often at our busiest!

What happens if I just turn up?

No problem! Simply pay your entry fee at the box office at the front of the venue. Entry is subject to availability, so we still recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can I get a monthly pass?

Yes. Monthly passes are available via our booking page for £49 (Bury & Leeds) and £40 (Blackpool). You’ll receive a code you can use to reserve a slot whenever you want to visit. We also offer discounts on multi-month passes - see our website for details.
Please note: your pass can only be used to reserve slots at the venue where it was issued. If you’d like to visit another venue, just contact us via Facebook or email and we’ll book it for you.

How much does it cost?

Bury & Leeds: Adults £18, Children (5–15) £10, Family ticket (2 adults + 2 children) £46. Under 5s are free.
Blackpool: Adults £16, Children (5–15) £8. Under 5s are free.

Can children attend alone?

All visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over. We require at least one adult for every four under-18s. We ask that all children in your group are fully supervised at all times during your visit.

Are all the games and attractions really free once I get inside?

Yes! Once you’re through the doors, every game and attraction is free to enjoy as much as you like.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! You’re welcome to come and go throughout the day. We'll stamp your hand so our team knows you’ve already paid.

What does ‘Fair Play’ mean at Arcade Club?

We want everyone to enjoy their time with us, so we ask guests to kindly follow our ‘Fair Play’ approach. This simply means being considerate of others by not hogging machines and giving everyone a chance to play! If a game is popular and there are people waiting, please finish your turn and let the next person have a go. Sharing the fun helps keep the experience enjoyable for everyone!

Can I get a gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased through our booking page. To redeem an older voucher, please contact us.

Do I need a ticket for a child under 5?

Yes. Due to capacity controls, all visitors need a ticket. Free under-5 tickets can be selected when booking.

Is the venue accessible?

While we aim to make Arcade Club as accessible as possible, some areas may be challenging to navigate for guests using larger motorised wheelchairs due to the layout and limited turning space. We have a lift available for access to different floors of the venue. At our Bury location, the lift requires staff assistance - please speak to a member of the team when you arrive. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, feel free to contact us in advance so we can help plan your visit.

I have sensory sensitivities, will I be okay?

Our arcades are lively places, with plenty of lights, sounds, and music, which some guests with sensory sensitivities may find overwhelming. We want everyone to feel welcome at Arcade Club, so if you have specific needs or would like extra support, please just let a member of our team know - we’ll always do our best to help make your visit enjoyable.

I’m not a fan of large crowds. When is the quietest time to visit?

Thursdays are usually our quietest day. We’re open from 4 PM to 11 PM for all ages, offering a more relaxed atmosphere - perfect if you prefer a calmer visit with less hustle and bustle!

Do you offer spectator tickets?

Yes, but they are available in limited numbers. These are not currently available online, but can be purchased from the box office on the day of your visit.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Yes - these can be purchased from the box office on the day of your visit upon presentation of suitable ID or documentation.

Will food and drink be available?

Yes. We have fully licensed bars at our venues and kitchens serving freshly prepared food to order.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. We have fully licensed bars and kitchens in our venues, serving a range of freshly prepared food, snacks, and drinks for you to enjoy during your visit.

What about toilet facilities?

We have full toilet facilities, including accessible toilets.

Can I bring bags?

Backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. We recommend leaving bags and large coats at home or in your car, as locker space is limited. Small handbags and items required for medical reasons - including medical backpacks - are allowed but will be subject to a security check. Please note that no outside food or drink is permitted.

Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, all our venues are fully air-conditioned to keep things comfortable all year round.

Are there any age restrictions for the VR experiences at the Leeds venue?

Yes. Our VR experiences at Leeds are for guests aged 13 and over, in line with manufacturer guidelines. This helps ensure both safety and the best possible experience.

Will all the advertised games and attractions be available during my visit?

We do our very best to make sure every advertised game and attraction is up and running. However, as with any arcade, machines occasionally need maintenance or repair, so availability can sometimes vary. If you’re making a special trip for a particular game, feel free to contact us first to make sure it’s ready to play - we don’t want you to miss out on the fun!

Do you have any adults-only (age 18 plus) sessions?

Yes - every Friday from 6 PM, all of our venues are strictly adults-only. Plus, our Bury venue has a dedicated adults-only area and bar for you to enjoy any time.
