Please note: Your chosen location will be your primary venue for your monthly pass, but feel free to contact us if you’d like to explore another one of our venues using your pass.
After you purchase your monthly pass, you will receive an email containing your exclusive VIP Pass Code. To redeem your Monthly Pass, please follow the button below and enter your exclusive code into the box provided. You can then book your slot and get ready for your Arcade Club Bury visit.

How does a monthly pass work?
You can purchase your Monthly Pass online via our “Buy Monthly Pass” link. And you will receive an exclusive code to redeem your pass via email. You must follow our “Redeem & Book” link to use your monthly pass and book your slot. We look forward to seeing you!
When does my monthly pass expire?
The expiry date will depend on if you choose a one, two or three monthly pass. You’ll see your expiry date on the screen as you book and also within your Monthly Pass email after purchase.
Can I use my pass in any Arcade Club venue?
Yes, your pass is valid across all of our venues. The venue you choose on purchase is your primary location, please contact us if you wish to visit an Arcade Club venue that is not your primary venue.
I can't use my pass to book another venue online, what do I do?
Please contact our helpful team to use your pass at a different venue to your primary location. We’re happy to arrange your visit.
I had a valid monthly pass before you closed, what do I do?
Please contact us via Facebook or e-mail with details of your old pass including expiry date and preferred venue and we will reissue it for you.
