We've hosted a lot of work nights out over the years, and one of the nicest things about having them at Arcade Club is that you don't really need to organise much once everyone gets here.
People naturally split off, play games, get competitive, grab a drink, regroup and wander off again.
There's always something to do and, importantly, nobody has to make small talk with Steve from IT for four straight hours...Unless they want to.
