Renegade is a classic beat 'em up arcade game released in 1986 by Technos Japan.
The player controls a martial artist who must fight his way through a series of street gangs and eventually defeat their leader, Mr. X. The player moves from left to right, fighting multiple gang members at a time and using punches, kicks, and throws to defeat them.
Renegade features different types of enemies, each with their own fighting style and abilities, and power-ups that can help the player, such as food that replenishes health. The game also has two-player co-op mode, allowing two players to play simultaneously.
The game features a two-button control scheme, one for punches and one for kicks.
The objective of the game is to progress through each level, defeating all the gang members and eventually Mr. X, without losing all of your lives.
