There are three different player characters and each of them uses a different kind of magic: Ax Battler, the barbarian uses earth magic Tyris Flare, the amazon uses fire magic and Gilius Thunderhead, the viking dwarf uses lightning magic.
The object of the game is to find and destroy Death Adder in order to rescue the king and princess whom he had kidnapped. Also, Death Adder killed Ax Battler's mother, Tyris Flare's mother and father and Gilius Thunderhead's brother. So, you must also help each player character avenge the deaths of their loved ones.
Each character in the game has a special move that is activated by pressing both Jump and Attack at the same time. Also, double-tapping the joystick right or left will cause the player to charge and smash into opponents.
